Applied via Monster and got call about 30 days later. Training classes start in February 2011 - 3 weeks in length. Phone Interview and then 1:1 if pass the HR phone screening. Discussed basic job requirements such as hours (1 weekend day and some nights until 9pm in call center environment). Salary cap abotu $45k. Team size about 20.
