Entrevista
Hiring was done via an online application. First interview handled by two Department Supervisors. Was asked to give some background about previous experience. Was asked five questions, all based on what I would do in these particular situations, i.e. no management available for a demanding customer; up-selling a customer in a hurry, etc. Was brought back for second interview with store manager to sign the papers. He asked me one question, "Why Home Depot?"

Entrevista
The interviewer seemed to rely heavily on a script, checking off questions with little engagement. There were also some communication difficulties in English, which made the interview process harder to follow.

Less than 10 minutes, asked questions along the lines of what do you know about home depot, how would you deal with a customer that asks for an item we don't carry, your desired salary, how to deal with difficult customers. Thats from what I can remember
