very easy process if its someone online that's taking your interview. A bit complicated if it's someone from the store but it also depends upon that individual like this one ASM from our location is strict in interviews for no reason at all even though the interview isn't supposed to be that tough. The person who took my interview was very chill, very nice and in the end of the interview, offered me a job right away.

Basic questions about previous experience, why you're looking for a new job, what would you do in different customer service situations, how you dealt with a customer or coworker who wasn't easy to deal with, etc.

Entrevista
The interviewer seemed to rely heavily on a script, checking off questions with little engagement. There were also some communication difficulties in English, which made the interview process harder to follow.
