Group interview. No need for a CV at all. Although the interview was to assess who would be confident and enthusiastic enough to engage with the (often angry) public on their doorstep, it would appear they let almost anyone join. So many people could barely speak in front of a room of 15 of us, let alone the public!

They asked me about my career to date. There was a one to one and a group interview. They looked through my CV. They asked me questions about my career history.

Like any workplace they had a face to face interview. Once you’re selected you’re then given full training on how to pitch & how the tabs are used in order to sign up people.
Just came in and act out how you would interact with a donor.test you on your communication skills but pairing you up with someome.After that they just ask you a few simply questions.
