There were 2 panel interviews after an initial phone call. There were 4 to 5 people in each interview day. I had not actually applied for the job, I had instead emailed my resume and a letter of interest to HR. I was unsure what role they were interviewing me for until the actual day of the interview. Pay was low, benefits were average.
