Phone screen and then an in-person interview. The office is split between 2 floors so there was a sign directing you away from the elevators towards the bottom floor. It was rather chaotic.

Won't go into details. Just that after I got to the Coffee with the hiring manager it was obvious that I wasn't a good fit and the guy was condescending. He showed up late, told me he needed to move his bike, came back in again and ordered himself a coffee. About 20 minutes after the interview was supposed to start, he started. He was not at all prepared for interviewing me. Which I'm sure didn't help my chances.
