conversational on both the employer and the candidate. very comfortable and short. I was interviewed by two owners. they were very committed to their mission. A very constructive interview letting me know what they stood for.
Very easy, people are kind. The hiring manager is very knowledgably. Office is very clean as well. On time, good questions, drug screen in house. Make sure to bring drivers license and social security card for interview or you will be turned away.

Entrevista
I applied online. Within 20 minutes was set up for an interview. 2 days later I was hired. Went through all the background checks and tests. Was working within 7-10 days as a caregiver. Then I was interviewed for the Service Coordinator position which is the position I really wanted. I was hired then for that. I gave them a lot of helpful ideas to grow the company. Then was let go without a reason!
