I met with their lead dev and CEO. Lead dev gave me an overview of the position and what they are looking for. They want an experienced well seasoned Front End developer heavy on the javascript side. CEO came and joined the interview and asked about salary expectations. I gave him my current rate and he came back saying that this position only pays $25 an hour with no benefits and that I would have to work several quarters with reviews to see any salary increase. Said if I worked hard enough I could get benefits in a year. Very arrogant. If you are a developer and have any respect for yourself and this profession DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY EVER! It's very apparent that this company has a high turnover. Complete waste of my time.
