Entrevista
It was a video sift with 6 questions and 2 mins to answer each one. You do get 30 seconds to think about each answer before the recording begins. It started with a warm up question which was what do you do in your spare time? I'm still waiting to hear but glassdoor makes you answer the question "did you get an offer". I have said yes as I live in hope :)
UPDATE- 1 day later and I've received an email to say I've passed video sift so now just waiting for OA date.....who knows when that will come but I've heard the HO are speeding the process up due to Government pressure

The process is very long. I applied on 05/05 and got the final decision on 01/12. If you have time, it’s worth taking a chance. The first part, which is the test, is the most interesting part. You are going to find out a lot about yourself! The second is a writing test, and the third is an online interview. All are very clearly explained.
