I had to submit a statement of suitability and made the sift. I was then required to submit a sample task, despite being given no information about it in the job ad. Before each question, there was no signposting to what behaviour each meant to explore. The questions weren't hard to answer, but they didn't follow the standard procedure for Civil Service interviews. They did not send feedback after the interview (another anomaly), I was just sent a rejection email with no feedback.
