They called it the round one they interview me and told me to give introduction then after one day I got call that congratulations you cleared round one, I was happy after that they said is it okay to conduct round 2 in the evening I said I have some personal work I won't be available can we do that one day after tomorrow (as next day was Tuesday, and they have their weekly off on Tuesday). They said yes , then they ghosted me literally. I was so shocked, is this the professionalism they are following?

3 rounds, first round is portfolio approval, second is one on one interview with the senior designer and the last round is one on one interview with manager... all rounds are virtual
