The interview process was smooth and the interpreter was very reassuring. I have overall good experience with the hiring process. After the initial call with recruiter, I was arranged to pass proficiency tests for English and the target language.

Tests. Charlas. Hablar en ingles. Luego vienen unos tests que ya estan predeterminados. Y a veces hay varias etapas, A veces toman vocabulario nada mas, Otras veces son simulaciones de dialogos para interpretarlos directamente.

We had a 40 minute interview where Michelle described what the job offer was about. She told me how much I'd be payed for this job. In the end, I decided not to keep going with the interviewing process. The payment was not worth it.
