The interview process was professional. The branch manager was detailed and thorough about Homestar's benefits, history and operations. He was prideful discussing Homestar accomplishments and affiliation in the mortgage industry. I left the interview more excited about an opportunity to work with the company.

Unlike other recruiters, Homestar exhibited full-professional skills long before the actual interview, which was instrumental in establishing the actual occurrence of initial meeting! I arrived at the main office after a two hour plus commute and felt like I was given a true "red carpet" experience. It made me feel instantly like they considered me a person of worth. I was introduced to all the instrumental individuals in the recruiting process upfront along with a brief overview of the Company's history (which was intriguing and certainly held my interest). All parties were very personal, in addition to professional, and the actual process involved both aspects. The lunch I had mid-day with their team provided plenty of opportunities to discuss the industry and was on a casual level which made me feel at home. The afternoon rounded up by sitting down with the underwriting and closing teams which instilled a confidence in Homestar's follow through. So much can be said about the recruiting follow up meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence, and items related to the licensing process that can be summed up in that "I felt like I was in good hands all along"!
