I was interviewed by two interviewees, one is their software testing department senior engineer and the other is the project manager. The former one mainly asked technical skills and working experiences relevant to the position. Also, some IQ testing questions and second-language self-introduction were required. And the second round interview by manager basically focused on personality questions.
