*Everything is virtual as everyone works remote* First step is a one on one virtual interview. It is extremely structured which is nice to feel like everyone is getting asked the same questions. Next two steps involve presenting to mock clients to see how the interviewee would truly perform in the position. I've done mock financials as part of the interview process for other companies in the past but this was more legit with you actually presenting and interacting with the mock client. I liked that the financials and scenarios you are given are not clean and straightforward. It really highlights how one handles things in real life when nothing is ever perfect or what you expect.
