Third party recruiter reached out with the position. The first round is a 45-minute conversation with someone on the Product Development team. After that, they scheduled an on-site interview. The interview process was five hours long. Meeting with various team members and then spending 45 minutes whiteboarding a methodology of how you would conduct and execute a research plan. The exercise felt like something they downloaded off of the internet since no research team currently exists. They want to know every little detail of your plan (which is a bit shady) to ensure you're the right fit.

My interviewer couldn't get off the phone during the interview process. Apparently, someone very important was texting him and sending funny pictures. Thanks, not interested. It tells about internal culture a lot.

Entrevista
My interview process started with coffee and I then met the team and others that I would interact with daily if I got the role. I was invited back for a presentation with the exec team. I thought the interview process was very professional and it was clear that the hiring team was serious about finding good talent.
