Vorauswahlgespräch war kurze Abfrage meiner Tätigkeiten und generelles Interesse, das zweite Gespräch ging mehr um hypothetische Fragen.
Darüber hinaus wurde viel über das Unternehmen und die Ziele gesprochen.
Easy, straight forward interview. Very professional. The next step is interviewing with the senior operations manager, then the country manager via Google Meet, then if all goes well, meet the country manager in person. They are looking to expand to double their current team size in Hungary.
