Very unorganized. They use outside recruiters that are not very coordinated. My interview time was wrong on their side but they interviewed me anyway. After attempting to follow up a week later, the recruiter had no idea who I needed to contact and had no information.

Not long, I declined as I am looking for a hybrid 3-2 role. The role was listed as hybrid however, I was informed the company is in office for 4 days and working 1 remote day.

typical first round via MSTeams, mostly a confirmation of location, onsite, # of people supporting, that admin support was collaborative among admin support staff, a lot of support for internal processes, resources, etc.

Entrevista
Honeywell has a very thorough interview process. I interviewed with 4 - 5 separate directors & managers who were very bright. They also (at the time) did independent testing (Myers Briggs, etc.)
