One of the best interview process I have been through in my 10+ years experience. Through the process the recruiter was updating me constantly on next steps and expectations. There were a total of 3 steps + test. The process took around 2 weeks from the moment I have been contacted by recruitment until first offer came through then about 2 more weeks for contract management.

HW has a screening interview with the recruiter (mostly Randstand) and than they make u do a couple of long recording interviews online. Than goes to hiring manager. And than hiring manager takes you to a panel for saoes roles it’s mostly inter department team that you will be working with. I’ve an extensive past sales experience including having worked for Honeywell in the past. I’ve been trying to apply for jobs with Honeywell for about 3 to 4 years now. Twice I’ve had the interviews. First time went to the panel interview only to be told by the hiring manager they’re considering other candidates. Most recently the interview with the hiring manager for the subject role. The interviewer himself summarized that the interview went great and the next steps will be fast. But he did mention at the end of for some reason it didn’t work out will I be interested in other similar roles in a different domain that matched my resume more closely. To which I said yea ofc.. he ended up ghosting me pretty much after that call. I followed up with recruiter she gave me I was spoken of highly but said I lacked interviewer felt the construction experience. Which for a sales role I’m not sure is a valid reason.. In any case it’s frustrating. I feel that time is wasted in the process.

i got a call from them after 5 weeks from application. the HR team is plain, nothing to say about. The manager who conducted the interview was also neutral, nothing special, boring questions.
