Internal recruiter contacted me after I've applied on the company's career section and afterwards, after passing to the next interview with the hiring manager and a supervisor, which was successful, I received the invitation to the final HR interview.

Pergunta 1
The discussions where mainly focused on my previous working experience with the company and the motivation for my intention to return to the company, as I'm a former employee, part of the FP&A organization. HR was interested on the departure reason, in order to understand if my professional profile fits for the future opportunities they have to offer.
Standard industry interview process. Everything was up to par. They screen candidates at every phase until only two are left to be finally interviewed by the CFO. In the end, they chose based on familiarity and not how good you were at the interviews.

Entrevista
The interview almost took 4 weeks and there were 4 rounds inclusive of HR Round. All the three rounds were virtual and conducted by different people. They will ask from your CV most of the questions.
Phone screening with HR first then moved on to a second interview with the hiring Director. Mostly based around experience and skills. Based off the discussion, I determined that this wasn’t the right job for me at that point in time.
