Had to wait a lot for HR interview and time frames could have been informed earlier. Or can be done telephonic. Too many rounds and interviews need to pass on their feedback to the next interviewer to avoid duplication and have a better understanding of the candidates profile. Overall process can be improved

Entrevista
Interviewed with hiring manager and small team of other managers. Typical first round interview questions. I also had to take a deductive reasoning test and personality assessment. The deductive reasoning test was very challenging due to the 20 minute time limit for answering 18 questions.

Fairly good. From first interview to entire process was well coordinated. I would highly recommend the company to work for. Benefits are good and salary is competitive. If you have an opportunity go for it
