Standard questions with a situational theme. "Tell me about a time you...." "How do you deal with..." "Give me an example of how you....." Also questions about experience. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Phone screening was very short because the jobless thing didn't mention anything about the position being located in Houston Texas. The job was advertised as both remote and hybrid reporting to your local Honeywell office... never made any mention of Texas. Waste of everyone's time.
