Took a week+ to be contacted for an interview. 1st round will be a typical HR interview and ask for your pervious job duties /strength and weaknesses / why you would like to join the company etc. Mutilanguage is required during the interview. 2nd interview will be conduct in AFFC and meet the department head. However, the question asked by the interviewers (2 interviewers in total) seems very tricky and too technical that didn't match the requirement they have mentioned in a job board... How would they expected a candidate didn't have any experience to answer those questions??? Some of the questions they've asked had no point and irrelevant. So as the written test is too general for a less experience candidates. Overall what they need is a candidate who have exact few years working experience for the same position, totally against the requirements they putted in a job board. Totally waste of time to the interview. Please make sure what type of candidate you want before you post a job board, otherwise you are wasting your time and so the time of the candidates (location is near airport which took at least an hour(*ppl who lives far away from the central point need more time) to reach and you have to change different transportation). Rediculious and Unprofessional interview process, I bet the interviewers wouldn't be able to answer any of these questions if they ask the same questions themselves. What I felt is that I look like a joke during the interview. Poor management team.
