There was at first a written test and later a one-on-one interview.
The written assessment was in English and requested my suggestion to improve employees' lateness at work from an HR practitioner's perspective. The one-on-one interview was with the HR manager, who asked mainly about my past, relevant experience and examined my confidence in the job that I was applying for (HR Officer in Recruitment team)
