Initial Recruiter Call: The process began with a slight mishap; the recruiter was absent for our originally scheduled call. I followed up with an email after a reasonable wait, and she explained that her previous call had overrun. We successfully rescheduled, and this led to the arrangement of the technical interview. Technical interview: I was presented with a straightforward string/array algorithm challenge. Coming back to interviewing after a long time, I was very rusty and out of practice, and my nerves were at an all time high. The interview didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped, but I managed to easily solve the challenge shortly after the interview concluded when pressure was off. The two engineers conducting the interview were very understanding and patient. Post-Interview Communication: Following the interview, I sent out thank-you emails. Frankly, I was expecting a polite rejection but ended up with no response at all. I was able to tell when the emails I sent were opened, yet there was no reply, not even after one follow-up from my side. Completely and intentionally ghosted. Suggestion for the Hiring Team: A bit of communication can go a long way. It would be great if candidates could receive some form of closure, even if it’s a rejection. Leaving candidates in the dark isn't ideal. A simple, courteous update would reflect well on the professionalism and respect the company holds for its potential employees.

The interview process is pretty long. One of the parts was writing project and you need to set up environment for it before the interview and familiarize yourself with Flask + orm (required framework). Be ready to spend ~8 hours interviewing and to be ghosted after onsite.
