It was decent at first, but they asked you to send videos and go through hoops which i found strange. After the process they decide to not give me a chance. I have a few certifications and good amount of years in. I think its a scam to get videos and waste time.

The first was a one-way interview; you can do re-takes on recordings. I did not get past that. It felt like they needed videos. There were some weird interview questions, too.
