I was required to take a personalty survey . I’ve done them before, but this one was just a little weird. Regardless, I ended up getting the interview. It was long because we talked about random stuff, but not the best not the worst a little uncomfortable and awkward but not for any reason other than I think it was just not for me .. it was through staffing agency initially so miscommunication did not help. Did not get hired.
