The staff was very welcoming, I appreciated the mission and everything the organization is striving to achieve. I was evaluated based off of my in-class performance skills (training, engagement, preparation, etc.) and then questioned about my philosophy, mission, and expectations working with the organization. All pretty standard procedures for this line of work.

Entrevista
I submitted a resume, and was called in for two interviews. The first interview was with the director, and the second interview was with a panel of the different heads of different services in the community center. They asked me basic questions about my background and how I could apply it to the work we did there.
