The interview consisted of the questions, and a chance to shadow 2 therapists. It is so great that you are given an opportunity to shadow therapists to see how they implement therapy and to see if you would like the position, as it can be demanding.

Behavioral questions were many, It was in person interview and I enjoyed the conversation. I was offered the job immediately. Looking forward to start in two weeks time.I was shown around too.

Easy. Friendly center manager
Pretty straight to the point. The interview was very laid back. Lots of laughs and great conversation. I was offered the position the exact same day.
Quick, easy, got a tour of the facility, everyone was very kind, I got to shadow an RBT for about 45 minutes. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The place was clean, the people working seemed happy.
