Two Round Process
-In first round, interview with Clinic Manger (CM), Assistant CM, and the full time Trainer. Asks leadership questions, what you contribute to the work environment, and any ideas how to better train their new hires.
-Second round, another interview with BCBAs that ask leadership questions and personal questions such as who are your heroes.
-Then these parties meet up and exchange their feedback.
