I came in for an interview with the MD and the Head of Ops in West Byfleet. Both put me at ease so I could present myself well. I also met the CEO and he is great - all three really made me want to take the job here as I felt it would be a dynamic environment to work in.

It was a 30 minutes interview based on my qualifications, personal experience and ability to speak a foreign language. It didn't matter wether I knew the product or not. The interview was held by MD and Head of Operations.
