I was contacted within a week of applying to the company. There was a nice gentlemen that called and asked a few questions. I got set up for an interview to meet with their president, Nora. She was young, but very professional and easy going. I definitely didn't feel intimidated sitting down with her as most people do when interviewing at other places. The first interview was fairly short. I was in there with her for 15-20 minutes. That same week I was called and offered a second round interview. I got there for the second round and it was a lot longer, close to an hour. The second interview was definitely more about the meat of the company, position specifics and the upward mobility structure. I sat down with a corporate trainer. He was also a younger guy, late 20's maybe. I met a few others while in the lobby. Everyone was very sharp looking and had outgoing personalities. During my interview I was explained everything very thoroughly and got a great feel for the position. I was told that the position did start off commission based, but everyone needs/wants cable and internet so I didn't see how it could be to hard to make money. The growth opportunity is fantastic. Definitely have to put in the hard work because the scheduled was 11-8 M-F and Saturdays just a half day. I got a call and offered the position the next afternoon.

During the interviews at Horizon Innovations, I got the feeling that they were very professional, yet fun people to be around. I heard a bunch of laughing in the conference room during my second interview, which is always a good sign. The first interview will be short by the way.
