Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Horizon Montessori (Pearland, TX).
Entrevista
Expect it to be multiple rounds of interviews and one possibly over zoom.
First interview will have admin and teachers at a table interviewing you.
The environment is relaxed and there is not too much pressure. You should come dressed professionally.
