Was emailed after 2 weeks of submitting my application the job interview was so unprofessional and she was busy when I first got there so i waited a good 10 mins

It was quick, seeing if you're a people person and have an outgoing personality. I received a phone call and was basically interviewed over the phone. They wanna see if your good at talking on the phone as well since this is a sales job and you'll be making cold calls sometimes.
