I applied not knowing that their process includes an absurd AI bot interview in lieu of communicating with an actual human being. Absolutely zero communication, follow-up or closing the loop, but I guess what can you expect from a poorly engineered chatbot? An organization that doesn't respect candidates enough to even engage in thoughtful communication is not worthy of yours or my time.

The interview was fine, but unfortunately, there was no communication afterward. It’s disappointing when companies don’t inform candidates of their status, especially after taking time to attend the interview. Better communication would improve the candidate experience.
