Short interview process, after applying online I received an email from HR director on scheduling an interview. The interview is either 1 on 1 or a group panel with other applicants. Interview consisted of qualification questions, whether or not you can do the job, not necessarily if you were the best fit for the job. Most applicants are hired and keep the job until they are "let go" because of a mishap.
