After three rapid interviews - a phone interview with the recruiter, a second interview with the manager and a final interview with the team, I received an offer. When I inquired about a small flexibility in wage and vacation that was well within the pay range posted, I was told I was not a good fit and they rescinded their offer. When I checked my status on their Workday site it read "Candidate Withdrew", which was not the case. Very bizarre.....
