I had two interviews, my references were thoroughly vetted, I was drug tested. I was provided a mandatory start date. I was handled very professionally and as long as you can back up what is on your resume and present yourself in a way that you can be seen as part of the culture of the hospital, you can get through the process.

Why did I want to work for the company and why should I be chosen of all of their applicants.
Fairly easy but lengthy. It took about 3 months to get a final answer. By then I thought I didn't get the position so I continued applying and interviewing with other companies

I had five interviews, including one with HR. The questions were straightforward, but they are very thorough. It took two weeks before I received my offer. Be yourself & answer all questions honestly is my advise.
