Started with the phone interview and asked a couple of questions, after that i was called for a second interview, this time it's a coding interview from javascript to database

Entrevista
A 3rd party recruiter lead the interview process with the hiring manager. I had a 30 min video interview with the hiring manager to introduce ourselves. 2nd and final interview with the hiring manager was a 3+ hour in-person interview inclusive of technical assessments.
Was told I would be informed of a decision within a week. I followed up a week later via email, no response - the recruiter reached out as well with no response. Followed up one last time 3 weeks later, still no response to me or recruiter.
Completely ghosted after cordial interview and exchanges. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of candidates.
