Salary sought and accepted, brought in via Recruitment, Position and Interview orocess in meeting with key staff members, went well, the bad part is waiting for next steps of the interview process, took 3-4 weeks to hear back on a 2nd round interview and another 3 weeks more for 3rd round and another 2 weeks for a 4th Final Interview, which in this case was told after a additional week, that the hiring team decided to go with a JR position to save cost. In closing waited 2 months when it should have been wrapped up in 2 weeks.
