Entrevista
From my very experience, the recruiter called me to pre-screen interview just to know a bit more of your background and then they will set up an interview date. For the interview, I guess the manager will be the one who’ll interview you. So they will ask you with some basic interview questions in English to see if you’re able to talk in English or not. Lastly, after all that, they will give you a test which you’ll provide English writing skills to them.

Cordial y detallista, dispuesto a escuchar, sin ninguna prisa lo cual resultó favorable para conversar, en tono relajado y amable. Compromiso de respuesta la misma semana. Trato profesional pero cercano.

Zero professionalism, had the first 15 minutes interview and asked for an update 1 week after, no answer after 2+ weeks. Candidate’s time is as important as the company one so it shows already how they treat people.
Even if you don’t continue in the process is nice to have an update from them.
