A little context first: I had an interview with the studio a year before had and they had taken down the job the first time i interviewed with them when i told them i had gotten an offer from another studio and they weren't ready to make a decision by interview 2. This was my second time interviewing with them and they had reached out to me. Talked with HR on the phone and they didn't seem to realize they had interviewed me before, when i told them that i did interview with them before and to talk to the lead GD they seemed to have ghosted me. Not a great experience.

Hothead contacted me to come in for an interview. When I arrived, there was some people filming in the lobby and they were very friendly. The first interview felt a little cold and impersonal, but my second interview was fun, exciting, and very warm. After leaving my first interview, I couldn't get down to their lobby and another employee was quite rude to me when I asked him if he could press the button for the lobby (you need a pass key). Overall, the interview process seemed somewhat disorganized, but relaxed and fun. The people I spoke to we're passionate, and excited to meet new talent to the industry.
