After being told I would be a part of a video / telephone interview, I was shocked to receive an invite directly to an in-store invitation. Upon arriving, a day after actually being notified, I was made to wait for 40 minutes until a manager was free, only for him to realise that I wasn't actually applying for the role he thought I was, although he offered me a job on the spot if I wasn't suitable for the role I was actually applying for. After another 20 minute wait for the CORRECT interviewer, I was whisked to a cold room with the interviewer, with the interview which lasted 15 minutes. I was told regardless I would get a call the next day as I had secured another vacancy with the other manager already but I never heard. I called but have been told on numerous occasions that the person I was trying to reach wasn't in the office (with very unprofessional giggling down the phone). I then went on to contact the individual who arranged the interview, and 4 weeks later I am awaiting an actual response. This store is a joke, completely disorganised and rude. They expect you to drop everything for an interview the next day and then can't even be bothered to call back to tell you a response.
