I was invited to have a phone interview with the HR Manager and she was really unorganized. She didn't schedule a designated time, and just told me she was going to call me between the times I was available, and if she couldn't call me today, she would call me the following day, again, without a designated time.
The phone interview was impersonal, short, and really passive aggressive, and I conduct phone interviews everyday where I am. This is a very small start-up, with a good range, but the work that is described is more than what an HR assistant should be doing, and when I mentioned the job description, her entire demeanor changed. Unprofessional.
