Phone screen with a technical recruiter (30 minutes) - It's a casual chat about your professional experience and motivation to join Housecall Pro. It will be conducted in English. Culture Interview (60 minutes) - The Interview with the Polish team to check if we match each other as human beings :) We will talk about your teamwork experiences and expectations from the new employer. It will be mostly conducted in Polish. Technical Interview (75 - 100 minutes)- The meeting with future colleagues to check your technical skills. It will be conducted in Polish. Final Interview (30 minutes) - This interview with your future manager will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the engineering department and your future role within it. Depending on your manager, it will be conducted in Polish or English.
