There was a screening interview as "Phase 1", this was done via Teams or Zoom. If you passed phase 1, you moved on to Phase 2, which was an in-person interview with several of your teammates and your manager. You could ask all the questions you wanted about the culture and team without feeling rushed or silly.

The interview was virtual. It mainly focuses on sharing more about the role and asking questions that tried to get a better sense of my development experience. The interviewers were very welcoming and were genuinely excited to find the right candidate for the position.
