Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Houston ISD (Houston, TX) em jun. de 2018
Entrevista
I met with the principal of my current school, who asked me a series of questions to see if I could handle the environment. I got a very good impression from my interviewer (the principal), but then he moved to a new school when the school year began. He was transparent, open, and friendly, but also firm. Fortunately, our new principal is awesome, so I dodged a bullet there. However, some school principals that I interviewed with gave me horrible first-impressions, and all of my colleagues on those campuses are miserable. The interview is just as much about you deciding if the school is the right fit - not just the other way around.

"Our SPED kids are mixed in with non-SPED, how do you think you will handle that?
One of the best and only ways in which you can get a interviewing feedback is simply observing the interviewer.
You could even make a point of the body language and how the interviewer behaved during the interview, to find out whether the s/he has been satisfied with your interview or not. If the interviewer seems distracted, or is actually enabling and welcoming distractions, like allowing people to walk into the interview, or taking phone calls which could have been postponed, etc, you can be sure that you have a negative feedback on the Interview.
