Panel style, informative. Regular questions were asked and i met the unit managers. It was a comfortable interview process and i was given a full tour of the units, med rooms, break rooms, and patient areas.

Very thorough, will do a panel interview so it is best to be prepared. They will ask the basic and simple question first then about the specific area which is situational.

There was a 2 Step interview process, the first one was with the manager and educator. The second was a peer-staff interview. After the second interview, I expected to hear back but never did.
