Easy, and very informative. They answered all questions I had and tested me on the clinical research procedures. It was a 2 part interview one with the recruiter and the second with the managers of the department.

It was 3 interviews that took 3 whole months and between each interview they didn’t tell you when the next one was until a week before it was scheduled. During the first interview one of them said they wanted to hire me, and on the last interview another person told me I had the job only to be ghosted for two months after and declined the job.
