I had a great conversation with the recruiter then the hiring manager. It was mentioned they were aggressively recruiting to hire quickly. The manager mentioned the next steps and I followed up with both individuals after my interview. There was radio silence and I followed up again. I firmly believe if a candidate is responsive and is willing to spend time speaking with representatives from a company, the company should give the courtesy of responding and just saying they decided to go a different direction which is completely understandable.

Entrevista
Very friendly and smooth process. Well organized and welcoming. They wrote out a days schedule for me to interview with multiple people back to back that I would be working with in my future role with the department.
